Preserving home-grown or locally farmed crops supports both personal and community food resilience. Join Bainbridge Prepares’ Veg Club for a field trip on fermentation. The experts at Iggy’s Foods will teach us to ferment delicious, long-lasting, probiotic foods. Be ready for a hands-on, up-to-your-elbows experience.

After class you can buy a delicious lunch at their on-site food truck and celebrate with other food-growing enthusiasts from Veg Club.
