Michael is also the manager of the Washington State Emergency net, organized under state leadership to provide emergency communications across the state. Founder

Scott James, the Founder of Bainbridge Prepares, is a social entrepreneur and author of Prepared Neighborhoods: Building Resilience One Street at a Time. He was awarded a Governor’s Award of Excellence in Service by Washington State for his community preparedness work. Scott is currently serving as Executive Director of Prepare Your Community, a national preparedness organization that he co-founded.
