Baila the Night Away at Interpretation Team’s Dance Party

The Bainbridge Prepares Interpretation Team are those folks who show up during emergencies at Disaster Hubs and other key sites—such as at our numerous COVID vaccination and testing clinics—to provide language interpretation for people who don’t speak English. On May 24, they’re celebrating their skills and the community with a Spanish Dance Party at Sister’s Cider House.

Like to dance? Love Latin beats? Want your música to be nonstop? Come join in the fun. Maybe you’ve got some second language skills? While you’re dancing, chat it up with Team Lead Elizabeth Ozimek and find out how you can volunteer with the team.

The party runs from 8 to 10 pm. Admission is $15—any proceeds after costs are covered will support Interpretation Team operating expenses. Sister’s Cider House is located at 921 Hildebrand Lane on Bainbridge Island.
